Free Secure Contact Manager

Free Secure Contact Manager is designed with privacy as a fundamental principle. The application works completely offline and does not collect, transmit, upload, or store your contact information on any external server.
Information We Access
The application may access contact information on your device when you explicitly choose to export your contacts.
Depending on your actions, this may include:
- Names
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Organization information
- Contact notes
- Other contact fields available through your device’s contact database
This information is processed locally on your device.
CSV Import
You can import contacts by selecting a CSV file that is already available on your device.
The application does not automatically download CSV files from the internet or retrieve files from an external server.
When you select a CSV file for import, the file is processed locally on your device and can be used to create or edit contacts.
CSV Export
When you export contacts, the application creates a CSV file locally on your device.
You are then free to:
- Save the file
- Share it using the sharing options provided by your device
- Send it through another application
- Store it in a location of your choice
Free Secure Contact Manager does not transmit or upload the exported CSV file to our servers.
Once you choose to share or save the file using another application or service, that application’s or service’s own privacy policy applies.
No Data Collection
Free Secure Contact Manager does not collect personal information, contact information, usage data, analytics, advertising identifiers, or other personal data.
The application does not use your contact information for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing purposes.
No External Servers
The application does not require an internet connection to perform its contact import, export, or editing functions.
Your contact data remains on your device and is not transmitted to, uploaded to, or stored on servers operated by us.
Data Storage
Free Secure Contact Manager does not maintain a remote database containing your contacts or imported CSV files.
Any files created by the application remain under your control on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or save them using another application or service.
Third-Party Services
Free Secure Contact Manager does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking services, or cloud services to process your contact data.
When you voluntarily share an exported CSV file using another application, such as an email, messaging, cloud-storage, or file-sharing application, that service may process the file according to its own privacy policy. Free Secure Contact Manager has no control over how third-party services handle files after you choose to share them.
Children’s Privacy
Because the application does not collect or transmit personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to the application or applicable requirements. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
